BRICK Buffalo Academy Charter School

At BRICK Buffalo Academy Charter School, we provide a nurturing environment for kids, focusing on the development of the whole-child and creating an unimpeded path for children to unlock their limitless potential.

In the fall of 2023, BRICK opened BRICK Buffalo Academy Charter School, our first new school in Buffalo, New York. Our model integrates a strong academic program, culturally sustaining practices, and holistic supportive to assist children and families in achieving their dreams. We are now enrolling students in kindergarten, first, and second grades.

With a focus on academic preparation and a comprehensive ecosystem of services, BRICK Buffalo Academy offers a unique learning environment. Together with families and the community, BRICK Buffalo Academy nurtures students’ intellect, supports their curiosity and interests, and helps them develop a sense of identity and agency. We pride ourselves on employing diverse leaders and teachers, making a significant impact on the surrounding community.

We stay committed to our guiding principles: providing culturally relevant pedagogy, whole-child social-emotional learning, holistic family support services, and college and career readiness.

As we continue to expand our services in the Buffalo region, our goal is to understand and meet the needs of the community by collaborating with residents to implement our innovative school and community model. We aim to provide holistic support services and college and career pathways in order to address every stage of a family’s needs from pre-cradle to career.
